At Replug, we are committed to keeping you powered up without the wait. Unlike other online retailers, we stock our inventory in US-Based Warehouses to ensure you receive your products quickly and reliably.

 

📦 Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more (after discounts).

 

Estimated Delivery Times

We know you need your charger fast. We ship primarily via USPS Ground Advantage and FedEx to get your order to your door in days, not weeks.

  • Orders Placed Monday–Friday (Business Days): Standard US Shipping: Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

  • You will receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.

  • Note: During high-volume periods (holidays or sales events), processing may take an additional 24 hours.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.

 

🔄 Returns Policy

 

We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you need. We are happy to process returns based on the following terms:

Eligibility for Return

  • Account Requirement: To be eligible for a return, you must have created a customer account during your original checkout process. Orders placed as a "Guest" are not eligible for returns.

  • Timeframe: All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Return Process & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all processed returns. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with quality assurance checks, processing, and the return shipping label provided to you.

  • Refund Calculation: Your refund will be your original order total minus the 10% restocking fee.

 

Initiating a Return

Trade-In Policy Exception

If you opted to participate in the Trade-In Program during checkout, please be aware that the old charger sent back to us will not be returned to you, as it is immediately processed for donation.
