How to Get Your Instant Discount
Our program allows you to receive your trade-in discount immediately upon placing your order.

Mandatory Account Creation: To be eligible for the Program, you must create a customer account during checkout. Orders placed as a "Guest" are not eligible.

Add Enrollment Item: Browse our high-quality, warrantied charging accessories and add them to your cart. Then, add the "$0.00 Trade-In Enrollment" product to your cart.

Instant Discount: A 10% discount will be instantly applied to your order total when the Trade-In Enrollment item is added.

Make a Purchase: Complete your purchase to finalize enrollment.
MANDATORY PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
By adding the Trade-In Enrollment product to your cart, you expressly agree to all terms and conditions outlined below, including the 30-Day Chargeback Policy.

Shipping Label: Within 24 hours of purchase, our customer support team will send a follow-up email that includes your prepaid shipping label.

Reuse & Mail: To minimize waste, please reuse the packaging your new charger arrived in! Place your old charger inside, seal it, affix the prepaid shipping label, and mail it.

Donation: We will then donate your functional charger to a local charity.
⚠️ Trade-In Eligibility and Important Terms
To ensure the integrity of the program and community trust, adherence to the following rules is mandatory:
1. Mandatory Return Window & Chargeback

30-Day Deadline: Your old charger must be shipped and marked as received by our facility no later than 30 calendar days after the delivery date of your new Replug item (based on carrier tracking data).

Chargeback Policy: If we do not receive a valid trade-in item within this 30-day window, your original payment method will be automatically charged back for the full 10% discount amount received on your order.
2. Trade-In Eligibility & Generous Donations

Trade-In Requirement: You are required to send back a minimum of one (1) functional charger to satisfy the terms of the 10% discount received, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Clarification (ex: You purchase 5 items, we only require you send back one functional charger.)

Encouraging Generosity: We welcome you to send back as much charging equipment as your heart desires! Remember, all donations will get sent to various charities/schools to support connectivity.

Large Shipment Notification: If you plan to send back more than one (1) item, please let our support team know after you complete your order so we can assess the size and include a label for a larger or heavier shipment.

Purchase Requirement: You must complete a purchase of products to be eligible for the discount. We cannot accept old cables without an associated new order.

Account Required: You must create a customer account to be eligible for the Trade-In Program. Orders completed as a guest are not eligible.
3. Accepted Trade-In Items

Accepted Items: We accept any functional device chargers (cables or blocks) designed for a cell phone or tablet (including 12V car chargers for these devices).

Not Accepted: We do not accept chargers for laptops, power tools, home appliances, camera batteries, gaming controllers, or other non-mobile devices.
4. Safety & Condition Requirements
The charger must be safe for shipping and handling. We cannot accept items that pose a fire or safety hazard.

Not Acceptable (Fire Hazard): Chargers with exposed copper wiring from major rips or breaks in the insulation, or items that show signs of scorching, melting, or severe damage.
